Bad Experience

Fellow SAU people,

Just letting everyone know how dissatified i am with XXXX . Ordered a set of tyres 3 and a half months ago and recieved them yesterday. Firstly they said they needed a deposit straight away, which i did. i was then told they will be here in a 'few' weeks. i gave them longer than that and then rang. They had know idea who i was, what i had ordered, when i had ordered them and then tryed to tell me i had only ordered 2 tyres. The bullshit continued as to why they still hadnt arrived. Customer service was amatuer (i wont name names..)The whole think just reeked of unprofessionalism. I can assure you i will never use this crowd again.. neither will a hell of a lot of my mates.
