How Much Boost Can I Run R33 Gtr Standard Turbos?

hey would like some answers i bought a gtr 33 its standard apart from the mines computer, arc cooler, greddy radiator,hks turbo pipes from the cooler,apexi twin intake with k&n pods,3.5 inch exhaust? also doesnt have a boost controller and if i were to wind boost up just a bit how could i do it??thanks

U can buy and install a boost controller to raise the boost,

I would keep boost at or under 12 psi as there is a risk of the ceramic turbibe wheel breaking and taking the engine with it

Just be mindfull that the Mines ECU will make it run rich as, and may detonate on our fuel

I wouldn't do it with the mines computer, most of them run shitloads of timing but rich as hell, basically the tune will most likely be up the creek if you do.

yuh, Mine's computers have led to more engine failures than just about any other "must have" item in the eBay inventory.

It is only as good as the tune on it, that is the reason why the mines are shit, designed for 100 RON jap fuel and just shit for australian conditions.

It is all about the tuner and the tune, beware as a lot are retards and charge good money for it.

Also I'm pretty sure I saw one on importmonster for 450.
