Anyone Know Anyone That Does Rust Proofing?

Im very picky i recently had a full respray window out job and got rid of a couple mini rust holes, welded new peices etc.. but as for some surface rust i can see near bonnet hinges i want someone to take off all panels without affecting paint and blasting the surface rust from everwhere visible then maybe wax filling inside the panels that you cannot get to. anyone know of anyone that does this type of work. The bad rust is all fixed its just the little tiny bits of surface rust around theres only like 3 i can see off (you can see how picky i am most people wouldn't bother as its surface, and this is also about preventing future rust.

Again im a picky person and my R32 GTR 1994 is my garaged weekend warrior, my baby! and im slowly getting it back to brand new so far spent 25 k on it including the spray, tuning, -5's, external engine bay mods,os gearbox + labour = 330awkw its a hell of a ride.

Exterior is stock only mod is the nismo style skirts. But i had to go them they just give it this extra flare. My finished project is fully reupholstered interior, forged internals, I May go the RB 26/30DETT, was told its so much more fun to drive with that bottom end torque. When i do the internals i will detail the engine bay. End power results will be 400-450awkw which would enable me to run easy healthy 10 second 1/4 miles without having to perfect every gear change. And finito wrap it up and take it out on special occasions.

Anyways back to the rust thing anyone know of anyone

Perhaps all you need is the water soluble "Rust Conversion" paint obtainable from Automotive Paint Shops etc.

Good idea i will try that for the spots i see on the hinges. But as for wax filling all the cavaties and stuff you hear about anyone doing this ?
