You will most likely need to run a spacer on the T3 flange to move the turbo away from fouling the manifold (but not too much to where it fouls against the strut tower).

The external wastegate situation will need to be addressed with either running an external wastegate or an internal wastegate adapter to the rear of the turbo.

Or you can go with a top mount manifold and save yourself the headache of modifying the factory piece.

Your new turbo probably doesn't have coolant lines so you'll need to block off the coolant passages from the block and intake manifold that originally flowed to the factory turbo.

Yeah i already feel the hole growing in the pocket. basically i saw this fc tuning video of a gtt 34 running 486horses and i was basically sold on this turbo.

so its kinda one of those turbos no many people have had to install and i want to go with different from the hks or the gt garrets.

i basically wanna make it easier for my mechanic in regards to supplying him all the parts.

The parts and install cost is going to be more than triple the cost of the turbo.

Might want to do a bit of research next time.

You can either high mount or mod stock manifold to keep it low as above a spacer will prob be needed. Studs and nuts will be needed as they will likely break when manifold is removed oh and yes it's a costly excersise if you don't do it yourself
