& just google <insert stuff> torrent

Anime:

bakaBT

animesuki

or the fansubber's specific site (eg UTW, horrible subs etc etc)

TV-shows:

EZTV

Documentaries:

mvgroup

thanks guys, iv mainly been using isohunt and piratebay, but do struggle to find some older stuff!

Not the 1st time they got "shut down".

From what I gather, they will be removing torrent links on the site, however they will keep the magnet links.

So in basically you can still pirate away using the site for month to come, until the MPAA/RIAA kick up another fuss...

I made the switch from torrents to usenet and I have not looked back since. I used to use www.torrentleech.org

I now download from nzbmatrix with Astraweb as a news provider.

utorrent + peerblock or IPT for the paranoid (not really much more protection though IMO).

I only used Usenet for obscure porn archives, I do think however that the tech savvy types will end up returning to it if they keep taking down torrent sites.

Looks like BtJunkie shut themselves down to avoid trouble from Team America Copyright Police.

While TPB got sued & had to pay 6.8 millions... but no words of them actually shutting down.
