OK, selling my HKS 2510. This turbo is in mint condition. No shaft play, no noises. It is currently on my RB25, but it is too small and I want something bigger. Very responsive. Details are:

HKS 2510

T3

RB20 Wastegate Actuator Fitted

Brand New Stainless Oil and Water Lines

Brand New Oil Drain

Brand New Turbo Smart 90 (makes turbo line up with factory cooler piping)

Metal Intake Pipe

Brand New HKS Pod

Brand New AM Performance Dump and Front Pipe with Screamer

Everything is there for a true bolt on turbo kit. This would be perfect on a RB20. Send me a PM if you are interested. $1000.

Thanks, Scotty.

Hey mate, It made 230rwhp on a stock RB25DET (s15 injectors, walbro, haltech) on 10psi. Boost comes on very early (10psi under 2500rpm). Turbo is too small for what I want to do, but on a RB20 it would be perfect.

Dude are you serious? wtf is wrong with you?

this turbo flows 300PS which is 220KW at the engine...... minus the loss to wheels and max is 200rwkw if your lucky, mayb if u really crank the boost you coukld make 220. the STANDARD turbo makes 240 with no issues

This turbo was made for CA18 and SR20 upgrade, its a downgrade for even RB20 it flows exactly the same a a T28BB. what idiot would put a T28BB on their RB motor?

if you find another one you can put these on your GTR as a slight upgrade but dude you need to learn more about turbo's before u just stick shit on. dont just take the work of one retard who reccomemnds them but never actually had any experience using many turbo setups.

here take a look at this, people who actually used the turbo and the full specs of it in there too

First I've heard of a standard turbo pushing 240kw no issues. Maybe you should do some reading up yourself before spreading useless info, and ruining someone's thread. Hey I'm fairly new to SAU myself but I am led to believe this is what the pm button is for???

    • Hi soviet_merlin, We appreciate your concern regarding this possibly being some sort of PR/Political hype, I assure you that is not the case, I wish we could claim something like that, but in this case, we merely reached out for comment on the basis of the outrage we too felt, as those heavily in the automotive industry. Ps. the original source in the social media post is CarExpert not CarExplore.    Best, CE.
    • Made a bit of a discovery, but while I was cruising, I randomly decided to test to see if it worked and it showed up on my IC7. The entire time I tested it before, I never thought to turn the ignition on. I only tested it with head lights turned on but with the ignition off. Huge oversight on my end. I’m a dummy. I know.
    • G'day all, I have drilled and tapped the hole for the relocation of the timing belt tensioner. That was straight forward. I'm unsure if I need to also put another hole for the smaller stud that the spring behind the tensioner catches on (this is how it seems to work in its original spot). Or do you not use the spring behind it and just torque it down? Thanks in advance, I did a search but couldn't find anything related and it doesn't mention it in the rb30det sau guide.
    • Hi All,  just thought I would provide an update as I know smooth (Matt) was on this forum from 2003.    my brother Matthew passed away end of may 2024 at the age of 41 from liver failure. I am not sure how many of his original team krazy friends are still on here or active but thought it reasonable to let the forum know.    if you have any photos or pictures it would be great if you could share them.    it took me a while to work out he was active on here.    thanks so much
