Just looking for a radiator as all the seals are leaking on mine and under boost seems to spray everywhere haha.

Searching local for a second hand one and then if not ill go else where

Defiantly is the radiator because you can seek it dripping down the sides and coming out the top part of it.

I have a good radiator question. I suspect I have a minor leak in mine, however mine is a huge ass custom fabrication, so replacing the radiator isn't something I want to do, and since I know barely nothing about them, is it possible the leak isn't in the radiator? is it possible to patch up without swapping it?

You can get them serviced but try still have to take it out replace seals etc
