Help! Indicators/hazard Lights Not Working

Hey guys,

Have a problem just recently my turn signal/indicators and hazzard fuses blew so i replaced them and was working fine and now has blown them again but only the turn signal one/indicators.I replaced the turn signal one and nothing now,not working at all and the hazzazrds not working either but the fuses are fine.

The second time i blew the fuse i heard a strange sound like an electrical bzzzzz sound and thats was it...........now i have no indicators or hazzards and a bit stuck on wat to do as fuses have been replaced and they are the 2 things that are only not working.

what do i check next, relays for indicators or something else..

any help guys?

id start simple. pop open the indicators and test the voltage and resistance of the bulb holder
