Share House Room.

A friend of a friend is looking for a share house in Melbourne. He's from Japan. Anyone have a room available?

He just arrived today so I don't think there's any rush.

Just found out he would like to be in South Yarra or Richmond, and would like something around $150.oo a week.

Exactly what I was thinking. Send him out to tarneit and he'll be right, plenty of spare rooms here

I'd give him a room if I could, but my house isn't finished yet.

Struggle to get a room in any of those areas for that price mate. I'd suggest look at around thornbury, darrebin etc. not to far from the city, public transport and a lot cheaper than the inner eastern suburbs.

Had a mate who rented a room in Tjornbury just off St. George's 1 min walk from the station for 100 a week.

In fact they may still be looking for a roomie, want me to suss?

I found him a place near a mate in oakleigh. He's going to trial it for a month. But I think it's a great spot.
