I got my skyline around 6 months ago and am still trying to figue out what the nob(the bit that is at the very end and turns round) on the end of the wiper control arm does?

I got a R33 95 GTS-t

and any tips on how to get the hand break boot off would be appriciated too

the handbrake boot removal is covered in the "For Sale" section under handbrake and gear stick boots. Its not too difficult.
