Hey guys,

Few family members wanna enter there cars into wakie on 24th of march.

Trying to sort out a few things,

Mainly the cams lisence. Do you need to be a financial member of a car club to get your cams lisence?

Getting the license is a bit confusing to us.

Yup, that's right. For CAMs you have to be a member of a CAMs club.

If you are just going to run normal events AASA is just fine. CAMs just gives you access to open practice days at EC and a few other things.

For SAU events AASA is fully recognised (and a bit cheaper too.)

How much is cams in comparison to AASA license?

And how easy are either to obtain?

I'm looking at getting the AASA on texi, but if the price is right, the extra events that cams can be used at, may be advantageous.
