SAU VIC logo ideas YOUR IDEAS WANTED!

OK, now that we're getting stuck into the official club presence. We are trying to sort out merchandising etc.

This means an official logo for use on hats, beenies, t-shirts, badges and stickers for cars etc.

Any contributions are more than welcome, even from members in other states.

the logo on the t-shirts for MAS were great, why dont u stick with that?

hmm ya need 4 lights i rekon, im not for that SAU design, the second on is cool, but i also think the word "vic" or "victoria" needs to be on there to distinguish

the logo on the first idea is great, the vectored style, but u gotta have some sort of writing to what the logo is on about..

I stickyfied this as this is my 4th thread about a logo n none of u bums seem to wanna do anything, yet whinge at meetings that we have no logo lol.

As for classic style VIC, I'm liking this idea. The designs I did were mainly to be made into metallic badges for cars.

But I'd say keep it to 3 solid colours (ie no shades, no 3d funky doodle shit)

Also keeps the costs down with mechandising.

Here's one that I made earlier.

Its just metal letters SAU to go over the GT badges already on your cars... I dunno.

Reason being I saw this jap club for narrow body R32's (that's us non GTR drivers). Its called the Red S club and basically they got a custom made S and they replace the S in GTSt and GTS4 and GTS with a red one. Looks pretty funky, and sets em apart from the rest of the mob.

i think the SAU with the GT badge ii good but just put SAU and VIC underneath the SAU with the badge would look smick.

but the GT badge isn't exactly a unique Icon, if you know what I mean, all grand touring cars have GT badges :

I like the badge idea...you know them logo's that can go on the side of the wing? maybe one with ''SAU - VIC'' on it or something, i hope you know what im taking about.

no i don't know what you mean. keep in mind there are financial restrictions as to what we can make. Badges are cool, R34 wing style inserts are not. Plus not everyone has wings to put em on.

I cant do any of this with photoshop... but maybe try doing something that has the tail lights... and in the middle has SAU? Just an idea but I think incorporating the tail lights into the logo is the right way to go
