Annoys the f**k out of me.

Annoys the f**k out of me. If i can, i go around them. Then they make a big deal like i did something wrong...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that the law? Wait till a space before leaving the white line..?

- technically you're meant to make a judgement; if you see that you can make it through the intersection in time, then move forward and go as soon as safe to do so, BUT yes some people tend to wait for a mile of space, thats in all situations, changing lanes and all...

But in this case you're meant to continue through the intersection soon as its safe to turn, and if you're already over the white line, you have to finish the turn even if its on the red, because you can and will get booked if you are sitting in the middle of the intersection when its red.

- if you're unable to judge properly the time and distance needed to make the turn then you're best to wait behind the white line, since most ppl do, because some ppl make driving look like a chore :P

People tend to make driving a task, when its not. and dont get me started on this NEW roundabout 'law' that seems to be making its way to the eastern states.....LOL

i was always told (truth or not) you can roll up over the line and wait to turn safely

though u do need to have your wheel pointing straight in case your hit from the rear and sent into on coming traffic...

If your over the line you need to cross once the cars on the other side of the road has stopped so ur not caught in the middle of the intersection (even though ur half running a red light)

thats what i thought anyway

Not just turning, just this morning there was a lady driver who stopped in the white line on a green light and there was at least 5 car space in front of her...

I was behind her and manage to sneak behind her on a amber light, but poor guys at the back

I think it's a f**cking good thing that people are being so cautious as that's how a dickhead P plater wrote my 32 off.. I was the poor sucker heading straight through the lights when he tried to take a gap that wasn't there and failed miserably.

You should have boosted it. = happy ending

Not nearly as bad as those who don't seem to understand how a traffic light without a green arrow (not red neither) but with the normal forward green light means that you can make your right hand turn as long as there are no incoming traffic!

So many times some clueless moron just sit there behind the line while there are no incoming traffic coming at all & wait out for the green arrow to reappear which won't until the next light cycle.

    • Hey, like MBS206 mentioned; I dropped off my short block and rotating assembly Monday. With a quick verification, he believes he can clear it up with just a hone and new rings but he will confirm once the rotating assembly is out. If I were you, I would either go stroker or just replace the block if it does need to be bored over to next size. Block is cheaper then forged pistons.
    • live in the UK, and London has introduced a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) that requires individuals to pay £13 if their car doesn’t meet the required emissions standards.   The standard specifies that NOx emissions must be less than 0.08 g/km (i.e., the vehicle must meet Euro 4 standards or better, which generally results in NOx levels of around 0.08 grams per kilometer).   I reached out to Nissan UK, and they advised me to contact Nissan Japan directly. Does anyone have contact details for Nissan Japan or any certifications of conformity that show the emission details or NOx levels for the RB25DET engine?   Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
    • these guys recommended to me and supplied custom 4 inch mufflers, couldn't be happier. They will spec a muffler to your preferred level of sound and know RB's well.  https://spmufflers.com.au/
    • Yeah this used to happen to me every year and a quick call would at least raise the agreed value back up / reduce the premium, but usually both.    That said for the first time on the renewal this year our agreed values went up or stayed the same over the fleet and the premium came down so that was a nice surprise.
    • I don't even go that hard core. I just say "how do you expect me to stay, when you increase my premium, and reduce the value of the car?"   Then play a game of shut the f**k up. Most of the time it's a computer that did the adjustment, and the people will happily change it around for you.
