Need Someone To Supply And Fit An Rb25Det

I have a budget of $3K.

I want to limp my car to them, and drive it home with everything done and working (air con, PS, etc etc)

So I need them to supply the motor and fit it.

Don't want the RB25 box at this stage.

Am I dreaming or can this be done, and if so, by who?

I'm on the North Side but can drive still.

Or at least someone who can supply a complete working RB25 engine and ECU for under half that price.

Ideally, I'd like to go for a drive in the car that the engine is going to come out of.

With tax time coming i wanna do a 25 into my 32 also.

How much was the conversion keeping the rb20 box?

How has the package worked out for you?

$3500 including new radiator and hoses, new engine oil and filters.

used stock RB25 ecu which is included in the total above

All working fine.

I'd suggest spending an extra $100 or so and getting new hoses for the heater hoses at the back of the engine/firewall area.

Price may be higher depending on what motors are available at the time.

I've had no issues apart from the hose at the back falling apart (which they warned me about) hence the suggestion.

Because I kept the stock diff, it feels much more alive than the R33 I've had in the past.

Gearbox has been fine.

I'd highly recommend it.
