You wont be able to use they factory HID setup on the sedan lights, there is no mount or hole for the factory setup.

There is just a rubber cap over the back of the globes, which is the only access for the wiring.

You will require an after market set of HID for this to be possible.

Easy partner!!! I believe once all has paid he then has to go on the yahoo auction thingy and once he has the headlights he then will contact us for the shipping. From there depending on the type of shipping requested you will have them within 5 days. He did mention of some public holidays over ther in japan, maybe thats the hold up?

Although it has been a while!!!!!

With regards to Jesse purchasing the lights he would be going directly to the supplier.

I regards to the HID setup for the sedan lights, you will not be able to reuse the original setup. Go and buy an aftermarket set of H7 HID's, when you get the new headlights, remove the two wires going into the low beam section and cut them. Now solder these two wires to the power input on the aftermarket HID kit.

The series one sedan factory HID setup is in two parts, the ballast under the headlamp and the igniter module inside the headlight (which requires dismantling of the headlight to get to it). The series 2 sedan and all of the coupe's these two components were combined into the one unit under the headlight.

So retain the factory harness ditch the factory ballast with the factory lights, (do the new ones have halogens in them already?) And replace with aftermarket hid's, that's cool I get em cheap as threw work.

The new lights will come with a harness already attatched, when you unplug and remove your original headlight the harness stays with it you wont require anything off it. You will be splicing into the new harness on the new light.

Nice to see that there are 4 units paid for in full with shipping. I was wondering if anyone has anymore pictures of these lights that they could post on here? Excitement will build even more then while looking at what we are getting soon!!!
