i need someone to convert my car from auto to manual

ill supply the parts needed.

i will pay cash along with a helping hand as im a bit machanicaly challenged lol .

just give me a price you would do it at.

preferbly someone with exprience and tools

Try this bloke, he did mine years ago (Peter) 0419 791 951, He also arraged for a engineer to come out and fit the mod plate too.

Becuse its the law and if a cop can read the blue plate your getting a fine

Ummmm I think your engineer just wanted more money, gearbox swaps are not a modification. But I've only done like 10 gearbox swaps in the last 10 years so maybe cops just love me.

Certainly does need a mod plate. As it has been modified from auto to manual.

Actually I checked this a while ago with QLD transport... as long as you use ALL standard parts from a manual version of the same model car, you don't need a mod plate.

The engineer i spoke to said i need one and so have all the highway patrol cops i speak to, I would rather spend the $50 and get a mod plate then get a $200 fine.

its your choice/money to spend but how often does a cop look at what gearbox you have in your car. hell ive had a jza80 supra gearbox in my 1972 celica and i never even got a comment at the size of it the 3 times i was defected/put over the pits for random things. cops have no idea what they are looking at, i have even had 2 cops try to tell me my car needed a cat.

sorry for the rant i just dont understand the logic behind most nissan owners..
