Anyone know what getting the 4th gear syncro done is worth?

cost me nothing casue they are my mates, but removing the box and changing syncro should cost about 300 or so, taking out the box is about 220, and new syncro, depends what they can get it for.

ithink cheap way is buy another 2nd GTR box,than put in ur car,it wil be cheaper and easy,

cheap box is about a 1000 bucks and to put it in another 200, not really cheap and not as reliable as rebuilding it,

ring this WESTERN SUBURBS DIFFERENTIAL & GEARBOX SERVICES 3376 1827, think they have worked on tim's car(gts32, 415rwkw) at fairly slow work pace though, let me know how much $$$ too as mine is probably due for rebuild
