Advice On R32 Purchase

I am new to site but have been looking for 6 weeks for r32 with good power strong motor,mechanically well built etc,i have 22 grand,anyone seen the 508hp r32 in for sale section,seems good to me. sorry if this in wrong section i need to know now so not to miss out.

got compression test sorted,whats leakdown test?

got understanding of leakdown test now, all cylinders are 152psi +/- 2psi,will definetly get leakdown test but assuming thats ok any opinions on value,motors done 45K since build but only running 22psi for last 2k,was 14psi with smaller injectors prior.
