Posted it for someone earlier in the WTB. If you're wanting to buy new, I know DKNE make them. There's a company in NZ (a google search or search in the natro section should find it) that also makes extractors.

DKNE offer a flanged connection for bolt on to your cat, unless you have a compliance cat welded in, in which case you'd want to change it anyway.
