All Hypergear Atr43 G3 Owners

Hey Guys,

I have a G3 sitting at home which I am eager to fit it problem is i am having trouble trying to find a fastener shop that has M10x1.25 x 60mm bolts/studs with at least 60mm or thread length. Long studs are needed as the G3 requires a manifold spacer.

I have tried:

Cedray Silver water

Coventry Fasteners

Tri Fixx Granville

Lee Brothers Parramatta - Only have 1meter rod for $60 - Will use as a last resort.

What did you guys use when fitting your G3 to your RB25 manifold?

Have you asked HG to send you some?

His after sales service is second to none, maybe he can source them for you and you pay him for them.

You won't need 60mm. I used 57mm studs from MTQ.

I haven't actually as he told me to source the them.... But If he told me he had them I would of just grabbed them off him.

Buy this from supercheap or autobarn

Grind the hex head off, and you have the stud and the nut.

Also there is a rear housing update on all G3 units which I'm happy to carry it out free of charge. check my thread for further details.

most exhaust shops can get this for you.

i got mine from liverpool exhausts

Manifold studs are M10x1.5 mate.

yep..if its a 10mm spacer ford studs fit perfect...got 4 for 10$ at random exhaust shop...or go to ford..

If it's the spacer that Hypergear send out with their turbos then it's 15mm.

Yeah if you use a spacer thats what you do.

my nuts are always tense
