R33 Spoiler High Stop Light

Hey, I've just pulled the circuirt board out of my spoiler high stop light and need to know the colour code of this resistor because mine has burnt out. It has I think green, red, red?

According to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electronic_color_code

green/red/red would be 5200 (green = 5, red = 2, red = *100)

Yes, but I'm not sure it's green because it's burnt out on the edge of the line and the remains are green too. It definitely has red, fat red.

Also there are 48 LEDs split into 12 groups wired together in parallel, 4 LEDs in each group wired in series, each group has a brown, grey, brown resistor (180 ohms?) and the resistor I'm trying to find applies for all the groups.
