Constant Shudder/vibration When Driving

Hoping you guys can help with an issue that I have noticed in my Stagea - RB25DET NEO, manual, pod filter, BOV.

After picking it up from the panel shop to get the bumper and front bar resprayed, I noticed a couple of things:

Low rpm when idle - 1100ish (cold start/warming up - usually around 1600, then drops when warm).

Constant vibration/shudder - would increase in 'severity' when accelerating Sluggish performance

Initially I thought it was because it hadn't been driven around for a few days, so I was babied it on the way home. Whilst driving it, the vibration/sluggish performance all of a sudden stopped and it went back to normal.

That was a few weeks ago. The same thing happened yesterday afternoon albeit for 10-15 seconds before it went back to normal.

Anyone have any idea of what it may be? I'm thinking a weak/worn connection in a coilpack? Possibly a spark plug?

If they removed any intercooler piping and didn't put it back on securely you could have a vacuum/boost leak.. or on a unrelated note the piping could have blown off by itself.

Sounds like a cylinder isn't firing.

Did they wash the car before you picked it up? they could of got water on the electrics or have they disconnected the battery and not put it back on properly?
