Stalling In Neutral

Hey everyone, my first post.

I have been having problem with my r32 gtst. It used to only happen once a month, but now days is happening almost everyday.

The stalling happens when i am stopped at the traffic lights or turning a corner (slowing down). I read other posts similar to the problem i am having and recommended that i remove the atmospheric BOV. which i have done and now my car is running a return flow BOV (stock one).

After replacing the BOV i didn't have any problem for few month. due to this unknown problem I am scared/ not confident to drive the car.

Can anybody give me suggestions to why this is happening or give me already existing posts i can read up on.

By any chance did you replace clutch just before this started happening

no i haven't changed the clutch myself (and I've owned the car for a year), but past owner said he put in 'heavy duty clutch'.

Does it stall when clutch is pressed in?

My 34 had a stalling issue, which was cause by "crank walk"

yeah, now you mention it, my clutch is all the way pressed in.

When you fitted your bov back, did you plumb it back properly and check there are no vacuum leaks? I'm going to guess you are on stock ecu. After you've made sure all your pipes are tight and plumbed properly, unplug your battery and let the car sit for about 30 minutes to naturally discharge everything in the car. Connect the battery give the car a few drives and let it adjust to the new conditions.

okay, yeah i am running on a stock ecu, but planning to put in a Nistune board, do you reckon an ecu tuning will prevent this from happening??

Pretty sure it can but if you've got everything connected exactly like stock, there is no reason this should be happening.
