LastTemptation Posted April 24, 2004 Share Posted April 24, 2004 Underload fullboost, (10psi) hit rev limiter, shifted to 2nd and bang.. frontfired car choked abit and died outt... now car ideals really bad.. thick black smoke comeing from exhaust.. i havent drove the car in about 3 weeks and i did let it warm up and spool in properly.. happened about an hour ago, pushed it home wit my mate.. now its too dark to see in my engine bay.. im guessing it my turbo.? wat else could it be, like umm cylinder or a piston.. i have forgies in there.. wat should i look at first tomorrow morning... bloody depressed... Airzone Posted April 25, 2004 Share Posted April 25, 2004 I had something similar... A workshop had "forgotten" to tighten up the intake piping so as soon as I got boost, the car died in the arse...
