i was just wondering if bov flutter is bad for the engine? been reading a few articles saying how it's back pressure going into the turbo and how it can cause stalling. so does that damage the turbine? can anyone explain it for me?

ahh, BOV flutter I dont think would be too bad if anything at all, as it is still venting the pressure into the atmosphere. But the flutter which you get from blocking things off and removing bov is another story.

There's a particular HKS BOV which gives off a fluttering noise, but I forget which model.

No.
