R34GTT and FC-Datalogit Problems

Hiya all - has anyone else bought an FC-Datalogit kit for a R34GTT and been having problems with it not connecting - "interface not responding"?

I had that problem with my R33 GTS25T. after several days of trying everything to no avail I e-mailed Glen to tell him it was stuffed . Next day set it up again and it worked fine and has done ever since. Occasionally get the error message but switching ignition off and on whilst Data Logit is plugged in and running fixes it. It seems to be better to have the program plugged in and running befor you switch the ignition on
