Window Issues And Parts Pricing

Hi V-Heads, I have an issue with my my drivers side window (03 Coupe) sometimes sticking in place and not winding up/down. From reading the forum posts it looks like the motor and possibly the regulator need to be replaced. I know they are Z33 parts that can be sourced locally, so just wanted to check a couple of things:

1 - quoted $490 + fitting: is this reasonable?

2 - Does the winder motor include the regulator unit? I notice its recommended to replace both.

3- Anyone got the part codes handy?

1. yes (though my price on the motors is better.)

2. no motor only. regs are usually fine.
