actually don't worry, that's part of the Sanyo Starbo RS 60R remote starter kit.

its a entry level remote starter that takes on average about 3 hours to install at home, and is basically for use with any car. Mostly used in colder areas of japan to start the car ahead of getting in. Its worth about 80-100 Yen right now (its really old gear) which is about $2.

yeah thought I recognised that name somewhere... the current starbo is an all out alarm with a f**kin loud as screecher n remote start n all the goodies, RS 360 or 630 or sumfin.
