Is Fibre Glass Parts Legal?

Iv been looking at getting a R32 Do-Luck bodykit when i saw a Fibre Glass bonnet and it got me wondering are fibre glass parts legal or illegal ??? i found this...

thanks, so most bumpers and parts would most likely pass the 3.5mm requirements making them legal to install and use.
