Spray some aerostart around where you think its leaking will find you the general area where its leaking

Some guy on youtube also uses this method but he said try do it with a cool motor to reduce the chance of combustion under the bonnet. He also said that butane gas in a torch works better and is generally safer...

get it hooked up to smoke machine at a workshop, i got mine done at UniGroup to track down missing 20kw due to hose clamp

How do they do this? Suck smoke through the intake and see where it pops out or blow smoke around parts of the engine?

on a 26, one of afm intake pipe is blocked, the other has a bung with nipple attached fitted and smoke is pumped thru on low pressure, costs $25 from memory

it will pick up leaks on vacuum hoses etc but not internal leak like bov seals etc, anyways they will explain better
