So please outline exactly what is different now that it is a DE+t...

The fact that you a swapping and changing parts between s1 and s2 when they are known to be different is quite perplexing..

rb25det s1 injectors

rb25det s1 ecu

What airflow meter?

Also get yourself a consult cable and a copy of Datascan or ECUTalk, check for error codes and see what is happening when the idle is hunting.. is it trying to chase the idle with the IACV? or is it doing it via timing?

Have you checked your base and cam timing?

P.S. building hybrid engines of this sort you really need to have a good idea of what the ECU and all sensors are seeing/doing otherwise you will just be chasing your tail when issues like this arise (such as you are now).

Hey Bro have you tried cleaning your aac valve system, i did this to my rb25 on the weekend and car idles were it should, use to idle round the 2k mark,

im not sure if you have a "pulsing idle" as goes from 1500 to 2000 and back and forth, also check that your Throttle Positioning System electrical plugs are pluged in properly and not dirty?

just some hints that you could possibly try?

links below if you want to read more about AAC

Cheers

It's not AAC. It's IAC. ferchrissake.

Nissan Actually calls it an AAC dude.

Auxiliary Air Control valve. IACV is the same thing just worded differently. Idle Air Control Valve.

But Nissan call it an AAC valve.

Then there is the cold start valve which isn't controlled by the ECU, along with the FICD or Fast Idle Control Device.

there is actually 2 idle devices

aac - aux air control

and

iacv - idle air control valve

in r34's they integrated them but the aac i believe is the one under the manifold that brings the revs up when you cold start, iacv is the one bolted to the back of the intake manifold
