you cant grub screw the vct feed, you need to weld it and machine it back as it overlaps with a water gallery on the 30 block, grub screws have been tried before and dont work.

you can use the spare oil pressure sender hole for a vct feed, you want a 1.5mm restrictor somewhere in there.

no idea what you mean by head to sump?

If you have put a bigger capacity oil pump and you're going to be tracking it you need to severely restrict the oil getting to the top. You don't necessarily need an "oil drain" from the back of the head to the sump but check out at least the first few and last few pages of this thread:

?? i grubbed screwd mine at it worked fine. motor went 4 two years hassle free only pulled it out cos of two much blow by.
