be carefull with these cam cause my turbo guy at the place u know of ( who i wont mention here ) has had a few turbos rom there come over for patrols and stuff like that... and they have had an overall failure rate of something like 85%... they even had one fail driving out the driveway after instalation..... i cant remember the exact place where they were made but id bet they are from the same place....

the main problem was bent shafts and excessive swarf left in the turbo upon assembly causing premature failure..... if u wanna know anything more about em go see who i told u to see cause they had one pulled upart on the work bench there and even i could see the problem.

as with most things when you read n use the item within the specifications of the manufacturer they work fine, but with turbo's when was the last time you heard of someone using a turbo in stock form, theyre always winding up the boost etc, putting extra pressure on it than reccomended. if you don't plan on doin it then it should be ok.

what about warranties and claims?

yeah warranties would possibly be an issue id say... fair enough they may wannat it for you but how long would u be without a turbo if it has to be sent to china to be assessed and send another one .... im in no way rubbishing these turbos... just really saying there is usually a reason why things are cheaper than the rest... like my dad says... "you get what u pay for"

i've been told by people who deal with Hybrid directly (for race purposes) that they're a good bunch n are always keen to help out. Dunno bout their commercial products though.

Found pics of the same turbo and specs in a USA turbo site ForSale ,, they Call it a

"Stone Mountain Racing Turbo " did a search and Found www.honda-tech.com

the guys where using them on there hondas .. most of them didnt get more than 600 miles before the seals let go.. Also they where saying they had "wet floating ball bearings " but they where just plain bush type ..and the exhaust Housing metal cracked very easily ... What you said "White R32" sounds correct ... Hmm wounder if they Class the machine swarf left in the turbo as " wet floating Ball bearings " :Bang:

hmmm if a honda can crack the turbo then it CAN'T possibly be any good lol.

FMIC is one thing, there's only so many ways you can design and fabricate an intercooler. Turbo's are another matter.
