I myself cant answer those questions, I think you need to get them reissued. But my 4 door is registered with the RB25 in it no engineers certificate was needed. They asked if I had an engineers certificate but didn't tell me I needed one.

Cars has been defected once for the exhaust and had no issues re the RB25. You might not have the same luck as me as yours is a NEO. But just thought I'd let you know.

Pretty sure mod plates are specific to the state of Queensland. I haven't heard of NSW, ACT or VIC having mod plates.

Did you ever meet Rob's mate Ben? He works at Vehicle Safety Standards and from what I recall him saying, it is up to each state or territory to manage their own legislation about vehicle modification. So you'll probably need to ask someone at RegoACT.

However since the R32 did come with a RB25 variet, it may be one of the modifications that do not require certification.

Mod plate= modified vehicle = Dickson only inspection.

Qld mod plates are excepted in act, had afew Nissan elgrandes with mod plated as campers I forwarded to Dickson and they got rego etc.

Dicksons funny newish rule BOV or FMIC, can't have both.
