I'm currently doing the 100,000km service on my stagea RB25DET NEO.

I would like to know if anyone knows the torque settings for

Harmonic balancer pulley bolt

Intake camshaft pulley "allen key" bolt

Timing belt tensioner torque contact with belt "belt tension" if there is a spec? or is it while leaving tesioner unlocked rotate the engine untill timing marks line up again and then tighten tensioner nut ?

I have done several searches on here and google to only find water pump torque specs
