Yes spaces left. Send the form and money today and you'll be fine.

There is no extra cost for the CAMS license other than the actual cost of the license (eg it costs you no more to do it on the day, but the license cost still has to be paid)

So it turns out i can't afford it at the moment, which sucks epic....

hopefully you guys get a good turn out and we'll be able to do another one in the not too distant future.

I might still come out to spectate a little bit though, maybe.

Scott, don't worry so much! You'll live longer :D

There is a slow lap at the start where everyone goes in single file at a slow pace so you will be familiar with the track.

By mega power, I'm talking 420rwkw and upwards. I'd expect you to be in 2nd or 3rd for the whole run (of course with the exception of 1st at 7500rpm for the launch at the start)

Also that crest is like any crest you see in hilly parts of Sydney, for example the big one in Greenwich. You're not encouraged to go flat out over it and by doing so your time will be slower anyway so stuff that. If it's really bothering you I'll take you to it in the morning before runs start and drive over it myself with you in the car to demonstrate it's perfectly harmless when common sense is used :)

I'm worried that I (a) WON'T get air and (b) won't get in to fourth gear.

If I don't get into at least 3rd gear with my 310awkw I'm going to be devastated. And I will only be launching at 1250 rpm in first.

I'm very familiar with that crest in Greenwich in fact I know someone who got monster air off it, crashed and now has monster metal plates in him. Retard.

Car is still being tweaked as I type this so it can't get much more prepared than that (assuming I get it back in time). Bring it on!

So lets say I want to enter. I can fill out the form and fax is etc, but what about payment?? Even if I transfer it first thing tomorrow chances are it won't appear in your account by the end of the day. Cash on the day ok???

I've just knocked off, wrecker motor in the car, seems to be running OK. Thanks to Mark and the boys at Hills Motorsport for putting on some late nights to help get it ready.

kept half asking Steve tonight if we ended up with the numbers to do another one of these things, sure hope so.

He would then burst out in laughter at some ribald joke someone or another had made and im pretty sure half of Canberra had to hear us giggling away as we drank the only pub for miles dry of all its finest lager.
