Dash Lights?

Hey guys Does anyone know what type globe is used for the dash lights? '03 v35 coupe I want to change it from Orange to another colour,

I think they are mostly LEDs

And it's an orange film not the globe that colours it.

I have seen the dash changed to white & it looks good. Does anyone know how to do this? I wonder how hard & expensive it would be?

Have you physically seen it?, would it be as simple as getting different coloured film?, and what do you mean by film? like a plastic tape that you can buy orrrr?

There are pictures of it on the net somewhere.

It's not as simple as changing the bulbs like on a 33. But if you are patient and good with your hands it's not too hard. I'll see if I can find the link.

g35driver.com has a detailed write-up. its a big job - colour is part of the gauge face. you could carefully sand it off... you could also just as easily ruin the guage face.

but theres no point doing just one part of the dash. it will look out of place. you need to mod every single globe on the dash and radio or none at all
