Rb25Det Neo Engine Noise

Hi all,

Just a question.. just bought a stagea about 3 months ago and its just developed a noise from the front of the motor around the belts or something on the belts.

ive added a video so if anyone could help would be much appreciated.

also when the car is first started there is no sound.. only after its been driven.

Take the top of the cam belt cover off and see if the belt is damaged.

ill suss it... could the belts be too tight... i got the car from sinergy motorsport so surely they couldn't of over tighten it

tootight or too loose a timing belt will make some weird noises

Aircon pump? Mine made a similar noise from around that area. Was something to do with the aircon. Does the noise get worse when aircon is on?

Crank angle sensor can do it if it wasn't put back on properly.

Could be a million things get a screwdriver and see if you can isolate the noise
