Measure the distance accurately between the centres of each hole. If you measure 114.3 ish then they should fit. Offset shouldn't be a problem.

OK, have you checked the stud pattern dimesions?

Price is negotiable

im not sure of the offset but the figure that keeps coming to me is 30mm. Im sure that if it fits 180sx/silvia it should go on the skyline.

I gather you are getting an R34, which will require 5 stud mags. The rims for sale are 4 stud.
