How To Reverse Flush Heater Core ?

im assuming a reverse flush refers to flushing the heater core in the reverse flow of that of normal operation...

so, how do i exactly flush it? is there a certain heater hose i should disconnect ? and which way to flush a hose down there ??

have a look somewhere on the net, there should be a diagram around showing the direction of the coolant flow thru the block / head/heater core, maybe a R32 workshop manual will show it
