Help With Accident Repair

Hey guyz,

on saturday i had an accident, some guy did an illegal U-turn on walter road in morley and thought he could make it before i reached him but sadly he didnt... i braked hard but...

anyway, cops came and wrote a report that it was his fault. I called Justcars as i have full comp insurance with them, they sed they would send me a claim number via SMS but it hasnt come yet. will call tomorrow and see.

i have never had an accident so i am not sure on how to go about with this. my car was damaged in the front and the fenders are pushed back and bonnet is a little bent. the bumper is also damaged. Its a V35 BTW.

I am not sure how to get it fixed though. they want qoutes and how do i take it as i am scared to drive it around. how do they expect me to take it around getting qoutes?

and once i find a place to repair the body, who will repair the engine stuff if something is damaged? do i have to take it somewhere else to get the engine or mechanical damage fixed?

lastly, justcars have giving me a claim number and told me i can take it to any place i like, does this mean they have approved it?

just worried as i dont have another car to go to work and dont want to be without one for long.

any help will be appreciated.

Take it to your panal shop, they sort it all for you. Damage control in Maddington is your best option.

I actually moved recently to North of perth in yokine and Damage control seems to be far.
