My Vbox Footage

finally got a video vbox my my track days. Only did a 56 sec on clubman but didnt push too hard.

here is some footage:

track isnt setup properly and it in mph, still cool though.

is there a way to change to kmph and set to correct after its already recorded?

Or do you have to set all of this stuff first and upload to vbox BEFORE recording?

Also when exporting via circuit tools can you make it so it will export 5 seconds before start lap and finish 5 seconds after?
