yep it uses the metra controls so they will stuff up within 6 months. the screen is nothing special and looks to be a basic PC on a board.

They have cheap rubber buttons that seem to not last a long time.

^^ agreed, you could probably buy the real double din facia/ac conrols, and a basic double din HU for that money.

However, as to the OP's original question.. yes, it should work ok.
