Hid Strobing

Recently the right headlight has started strobing as im driving along, the HID lights were on the car when i bought it so dont Know much about them, is there anything i can do or am i going to have to bit the bullit and go see an auto electrician?

A brand new set off eBay would cost less than $50. No point seeing a sparky, as he'll charge you more than that for half an hour's labour.
