Rb25Det Cefiro Wireing Trouble

ok so got a rb25det in my a31 cef, was running allrite cept was running s2 ecu and afm with rb20det engine harness rb20det ignitor.

now decided to bite the bullet and get a rb25 harness, bought this from christian pickering,googled pinouts but must of done something wrong, i put it all in and went to put 1 of the 2 green relays in and poof ecu goes up in smoke, it burnt out the ecu going to pin 43 which is the start signal, what have i done incorrectely?????

2nd going to be putting a ems 8860 in it with full wire in harness, will the tuner need to have my current loom working before he can put the new loom in or should i just give him the loom and the car and say go for it??????
