- Seriously similar performance to Federal RSR, Michelin PS2, other Performance tires but much more affordable.

- Read the reviews just to see how good they are.

Got 2 sets, one in 19" and one in 18"

245/40/19 x2 $315each tire

285/35/19 x2 $400each tire

$1250 for the set

225/40/18 x2 $230each tire

245/40/18 x2 $250each tire

$850 for the set

ONO

These are never been used, They are as good or close to it as the Michelin PS2 which are Ultra high performance tires like these but 2x the price ($900 per 285 tire..)

I have read so many reviews when trying what to buy for a 450RWHP car that would handle all that power and the Hankook V12 Evos are just that!

I brought the next size up after getting new wheels before these ones even arrived so my loss is your gain.

Fantastic in dry grip, even better for wet, low noise, nice ride, (280 UTQG) for long life also. Cant go wrong with these tires.

Pickup: From Goldcoast but if you want to organise freight I will ship.

Professional 10 tyre shoot out review

http://www.caranddriver.com/comparisons/ha...v12-evo-page-10

“Deceptively quick” is a good summation of the Hankook Ventus V12 Evos because they often didn’t feel as strong as they actually were, particularly in the dry. Their fourth-place autocross time wasn’t spectacular, but they did outlap the benchmark Michelin PS2s. Geswein said the Hankooks felt “somewhat soft” and “imprecise,” although they were forgiving, yielding consistent laps with no surprises. Despite that feeling of softness, the V12 Evos somehow managed a second-place skidpad run of 0.93 g and were above average in braking. Hankook just launched a new extreme-performance Ventus R-S3 model, which wasn’t available in time for this test but likely has sharper dry responses.

In the wet, however, the V12s were as sporty and connected as they come, with grip second only to the PS2s’ and the best braking. The Hankooks were extremely consistent, likely because they were so well-behaved, which made them easy to drive quickly. Subjectively, they felt the best around the track, even though their time trailed slightly behind the Dunlops’.

With above-average wet and dry performances, and tying for quietest on the street loop, the V12 Evo is an impressive and well-rounded summer tire.

Personal experience Reviews

"Looking at the tread pattern, I was confident this tire would perform extremely well in the rain, but even its wet-weather performance exceeded my expectations. I have never felt this much wet grip from a street tire. Blasting up highway onramps at near dry-weather speeds, my NSX felt extremely stable and stuck to the pavement. Part of this may be related to the mid-engine design of the NSX, which puts a lot of weight on the rear tires and helps with traction in slippery conditions, but clearly the Hankooks were doing a great job at evacuating any standing water and allowing the tread compound to find extra grip.

"But what I really love about these tires is how smooth, quiet and stable they feel at high speeds. The NSX isn't that fast from 0-60 mph compared to a lot of newer sports car, but it's still one of the best handling cars ever made and really shines at high speed. I won't say how fast I tested these tires at since it could be held against me a in court of law, but even at very high speeds the Hankooks felt extremely stable. Oftentimes you can feel the tread start to squirm at high speeds, giving the car a nervous feeling, but not with these Hankooks. The V12 evo K110s really beg to be driven fast!

"I haven't put enough miles on them yet to comment on durability, but for anyone looking for a UHP summer tire that provides a smooth and sophisticated ride with plenty of dry grip and amazing wet-weather performance, Hankook's new Ventus V12 evo K110s are an excellent choice."

Impressions

It's been ~600+ miles since they've been installed and I have nothing negative to report in the slightest. My only fear was a weak sidewall (as a heavy car might revel this more where a lighter car might not). But at 35PSI, that's proven to be a non-issue as these tires are incredibly true and steady around corners... even when aggressively pushed. I've not yet once heard them squeal or bark. And I'm noticing the absence of my traction control light (which came on quite frequently with my old tires, even before they were worn out).

Road noise has all but vanished. These have significantly decreased noise from not only regular driving but bumps and other imperfections in the road. And now, my A4 now glides at a quiet hum on the freeway. Never did that before.

Speaking of freeway speeds, at around 65MPH and above, these tires have excellent characteristics. The car just slips effortlessly up the speedometer and far more so than before. Guess that would be good 'high speed rolling resistance.' Straight line tracking is effortless and true at both low and high speeds.

I've only spent a bit of time in wet weather and again it was very positive. Never felt a loss of control or like I needed to slow down to a more conservative speed. Tried to replicate a sudden brake-check and they behaved perfectly. Overall, I had no loss of traction or other squirreliness.

Most significant point of note is the stopping. I was traveling approx 45mph on a dry, open, straight two-lane road. A car up ahead was waiting to pull out. He hesitated... and then slowly crept out (crossing my lane taking a left turn). I couldn't believe it. In short, this was a "two hands on the steering wheel and two feet on the brake pedal" kind of situation. No time to down shift, just react.

Shockingly, I came to a complete stop with what seemed to be very little effort. If the ABS kicked on, I didn't notice it. Tires didn't even chirp. I just... stopped. Even with the stock brakes, these tires dug into the pavement and then some. I'm just glad to have not plowed into the 80yr old man driving that Prius. And by the look on his face, he was certainly thinking the same. High marks here.

Caveat, anyone planning to use these in overly near freezing temps or ice / snow should be cautious as they're not designed for said conditions. And I'd imagine if tracked these tires might fair okay, but that's pure speculation. Maybe better, maybe worse. Nothing to report concerning these particulars.

Overall, I'm quite pleased. Big surprise. But please take my review with a grain of salt. Its understandable that even a good tire can be lacking in certain ways depending on one's opinion. Obviously I've not had these for too long so long term and tread life can't be reported upon. Also, I've yet to see any really serious rain... interested to see how they fair on all fronts.

But so far, I would give them a resounding recco for a solid performing dry/wet tire in the max performance summer category.
