i put engine flush in my diff and ran it for 2000ks then dumped it and put new oil in and it worked well.it cleans the grime off the clutch packs and helps them to lock up again ive done this to a whole list of cars and works everytime

r33 diffs (except for maybe the rare active diff) are a viscous diff. they have no clutch packs. changing the oil in the diff, or putting an engine flush in there won't have any effect on how the viscous coupling works. it will clean out the diff housing and gears, but won't have any effect on the drive effect of the LSD.
