Something Keeps Changing My Signature

In my signature, I have (want to have) the work "t u r k e y", but after I save it, it has been changed to "the sphincter of the universe".

Why is it so?

The word is auto-replaced for "TURKiEY". It was due to lots of abuse from the word.
