Hnm, never heard of egt straight into ecu, as they are in the millivolts range usually need to be amplified 150 times (or was it 105?) To get it into the 0-5v range.

 

Keen to see what he comes up With none the less, putting provisions in for mine but jsut running the single behind the turbo as an overheat protection for the turbine wheel.. for now.

I have also been looking into this and everything I have seen connects to a separate box. I think I'll be going with the link setup that connects via can bus

Yep or a transducer of some sort

There is very few Jap things on my car. Only Tomei thing is the stroker kit. IF it fails again I'll go bigger!

Tomei turbo's won't find themselves on my car, however. First reason. They're twins. Second reason, they're journal bearing shit. Thirds reason, they're twins. ?
