So does a Japanese person get pulled over by 3 cop cars, then have their car fully inspected, then told its not roadworthy. Which they then must take it to the local "inspection centre" and have all performance items removed so its completely stock???

had a look at Holden Japan website.. interesting to note they are currently only selling the SS Ute and the Maloo Ute. The SS is about 15k more than here in Aus... so if they were popular, and depending on import taxes and regulations, sending over second hand ones could be an interesting business idea.
